1. Products and Delivery

SwiftPages sells digital products (HTML/CSS templates, copywriting guides, email templates, and ad copy templates) delivered electronically via Gumroad. Upon purchase, you receive instant access to download the product files.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

Use the templates for your own personal or business website(s)
Modify, customize, and adapt the templates to your needs
Use the templates in client projects (commercial license included)

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files as-is
Include the templates in a competing product or template marketplace
Claim the original designs as your own work for portfolio/attribution purposes

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@swiftpages.co within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

4. Disclaimer

Our templates are tools designed to help you build landing pages. We do not guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your business, audience, offer, and execution.

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for how you modify, deploy, or use the templates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftPages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

6. Intellectual Property

The original template designs, copy frameworks, and guides are the intellectual property of SwiftPages. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the original intellectual property. Customized versions you create for your business are yours.

7. Support

We provide email support at support@swiftpages.co for questions about customizing and deploying your templates. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Support does not include custom design work, debugging custom modifications, or third-party integrations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing customers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the courts of the state where SwiftPages operates.
